ARC seeks an Applications Developer (C#, .NET) to maintain, analyze, design, develop, test, document, and implement functional enhancements in ARC’s custom grants management database, ARCnet. This position is involved in all aspects of application development from requirements analysis and design to testing and roll out. The developer will work directly with users to capture, analyze, and respond to system requirements ensuing adherence to quality code and application security requirements. Working collaboratively with a cross-functional IT team, this role will lead the testing and implementation process while documenting code changes. Ultimately, the developer will ensure ARCnet meets the business needs of all users. This position reports to the Director, Information Technology.
